As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol CRE Full-Time in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
• Support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
