As a Security Guard - Distribution Center in North Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your role includes conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service and communication to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter potential issues, with working conditions varying based on the location.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to established protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to address security-related concerns as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
