About the team

Our team builds advanced AI products and an Agentic Platform for FIS, spanning predictive machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and agent-based automation. We focus on delivering impactful solutions that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and create measurable value for FIS customers. Collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence are at the heart of everything we do

What you will be doing

• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models for financial applications. (e.g., fraud detection, risk assessment, customer analytics)

• Integrate LLMs and agent-based systems to automate and enhance business processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features and products.

• Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry and FIS standards.

• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance in production.

• Document processes and share knowledge with the wider team.

• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices.

What you bring

• Strong programming skills. (Python preferred; experience with Java, C++ or similar is a plus)

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data handling.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and ethical AI.

• Effective stakeholder management.

Bonus if you have

• Experience building Transaction Fraud Models.

• Designed and developed models for customer acquisition and lead scoring.

• Data harmonization with machine learning.
