Job Summary: Help lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to boost safety, quality, efficiency, and service. You'll facilitate improvement events, analyze processes, and implement solutions that make a measurable impact. What You'll Do: Lead and support continuous improvement/operational excellence projects Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and root causes Implement best practices and train teams Drive defect elimination and process optimization What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Operations/Engineering or equivalent experience 2+ years in continuous improvement (manufacturing environment) Strong knowledge of Lean principles and data analysis Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred: Lean/6 Sigma certification, experience in plastics/packaging, and familiarity with tools like Kaizen, 5S, SMED, VSM.
