We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician - Facilities Maintenance & Janitorial to join our team in Menomonee Falls, WI. If you're passionate about keeping workplaces clean, safe, and efficient, and enjoy hands-on tasks that make a real difference, you'll feel right at home.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:



  • Keep shop areas clean by sweeping, mopping, and operating floor scrubbers
  • Clean machines and handle simple maintenance tasks like painting, changing filters, and replacing light bulbs
  • Maintain landscaping, shovel snow, and keep outdoor areas safe and welcoming
  • Support the team by cleaning offices, break areas, and restrooms
  • Inventory supplies to ensure everything is stocked
  • Follow lockout/tagout procedures and comply with safety policies
  • Contribute to team efforts by assisting in other areas as needed



WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
  • Basic math skills
