WHAT YOU WILL DO:

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring materials and products move accurately and on schedule-supporting high-quality aerospace manufacturing.

You will:



  • Receive incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and returns, noting any visible damage on delivery documentation
  • Verify received items against purchase orders and receiving paperwork for quantity, part number, dimensions, and condition
  • Prepare outbound shipments, including packing slips and shipping documentation for domestic customers
  • Create commercial invoices for international shipments using the Ace Secure Data Portal
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move sheet stock, materials, and inventory
  • Accurately enter transactions into the ERP system and maintain shipping and receiving records
  • Unpack incoming parts and enter repair and overhaul orders into the ERP system when applicable
  • Process shipments using customer-specified shipping systems as required
  • Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate transportation logistics
  • Load and unload trucks and deliver materials to storage or manufacturing areas using forklifts or hand lifts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety and quality standards



WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Forklift experience or willingness to become certified (preferred)
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, or ERP systems is a plus
