Summary of the Job: About This Role: We are seeking a Solution Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership across our Enterprise Platforms ecosystem. This role will be responsible for defining and guiding the future state architecture for our SaaS and homegrown enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology best practices. Our Enterprise Platforms ecosystem includes industry-leading SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Adobe, Workday, Peoplesoft, Hyperion, ServiceNow, as well as homegrown digital document management and retrieval systems, and solutions supporting corporate security and facilities management. The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Qualifications & Experience: * 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles. * Expertise in designing and integrating SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Adobe, MuleSoft, Peoplesoft, and Hyperion. * Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) with emphasis on understanding AWS architecture and common services (Lambda, EKS, EC2, IAM, S3, Secrets Manager, Private Link, ECR), API management, and enterprise integration patterns. * Strong understanding of GitLab CI/CD, containerization with Kubernetes and Docker, and Istio service mesh. * Expertise with Java, Python, and Spring Boot to design and build microservices and automations. * Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and architectural strategies. * Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams in best practices and modern development methodologies. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders. Preferred Skills: * Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries. * Knowledge of AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making as applied to enterprise platforms. * Familiarity with Zero Trust Security models and compliance frameworks. Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $105,443.00-$179,253.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location.
