- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred. Clinical degree or background a plus
- Strong healthcare background required, preferably in both managed care and provider organizations
- Provider experience
- Experience with ACO or bundle payment programs
- 8-10 years of successful strategic account and relationship management , solutions selling, and understanding product development, management and/or implementation with complex mid-large size organizations/customers
Regional Vice President Sales, Home Health Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team of marketing, technology, customer service, etc., to develop and implement innovative solutions primarily for health systems and physician groups where AccentCare is the preferred provider. Utilize a data driven approach to bring the most appropriate products and solutions to the customer. Create and execute strategically aligned service and partner plans with short and long term objectives.
- Develop proposals that represent maximum value to the customer and ensure that the proposals address the key issues, needs, and requirements of patients/customer.
- Conduct contract negotiations that will result in a "win-win" for both parties. Coordinate the efforts of all parties that provide service to the customer to ensure that a company-wide synergistic approach is delivered.
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and communicate customer concerns to those that service them. Serve as an executive relationship manager for clients to ensure the delivery of high quality customer, evaluate service quality, ensure adherence to budgets, and initiate any necessary communication and/or corrective action in a timely manner.
- Lead the product development process including visioning, customer/competitor research, strategic planning, business modeling, pricing, and product definition.
- Responsible for product piloting and commercialization process.
