About this opportunity Ericsson Smart Factory Inc. seeks a Business Analytics Specialist (IT Data Analyst) in Lewisville, TX; Hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance, who will serve to provide Operational Efficiency advanced data analytics and capability to extract insight for business operations. What you will do: Use technology, manufacturing expertise, and process excellence to generate information by rapidly iterating analytic solutions, making predictions, and improving processes. Responsible for data exploration, discovery, and presentation of gathered insight from compliance, operational, and support process data. Responsible for visualizing and communicating insight extracted from data to Operational Efficiency and other teams throughout the factory. Construct, test, maintain and architect supporting datasets with the ability to work independently on analytical projects with unstructured datasets. Hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance. You will bring: Master's Degree's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology and Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of experience in data analysis. 2 years of experience to include: 1. SQL proficiency for data extraction and analysis 2. Formulating complex SQL queries in SQL Server, Azure, and Snowflake. 3. Formulating complex SQL scripts to fetch relevant data for analysis and reporting, ensuring optimized query runtime. 4. Data Visualization tools including Power BI 5. Designing and delivering dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to highlight insights or trends 6. Extract, transform, and load using Python 7. Data warehousing 8. Data integration 9. Building and maintaining robust data models and analytical framework 10. Utilizing SQL and Python to validate data across staging and integration areas to address data quality issues 11. AWS or Azure 12. Building scripts using Python or Excel VBA to automate tasks 13. Analyzing business KPIs using statistical techniques including regression analysis, time series forecasting, and machine learning algorithms 14. Agile frameworks: Scrum #LI-DNI Why join Ericsson?
