Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY The ACH Services Team Lead is a pivotal role within the ACH Department, responsible for overseeing daily tasks and ensuring adherence to departmental service levels. Leveraging extensive experience, the ACH Services Team Lead assists in the development and maintenance of procedures, projects, testing, and training. This role also serves as a backup for all functions related to the ACH Department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. This job may have team lead responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws in the absence of the department manager. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 2 - 4 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply basic math concepts to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals using a PC or calculator. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of PIQs, Q2 Online Banking, Navigator, Director, Word, Excel, Fedline Advantage, EDI, Data Warehouse. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Certification as an AAP or NCP is beneficial but not required. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
