JOB SUMMARY: The Manager II, Janitorial will plan for and carry out all actions necessary to maintain Goodwill property and equipment in efficient, safe, and clean condition and to direct the efforts of personnel assigned for this purpose in order to support the mission of the organization. The Janitorial Manager will receive guidance from the Facilities Director on all aspects of custodial operations, including but not limited to: general policies and procedures, production level goals, personnel policies, budget requirements, and customer service needs. As the Custodial Supervisor you will translate all Goodwill policies and procedures into specific tasks and rules for department personnel and operate through the Custodial management team to ensure their accomplishment. The Janitorial Manager will provide specific guidance to department personnel for the safe, effective and efficient operation of all departmental functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: General:
