Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Job Description: Key Responsibilities * Manage inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through research and prospecting. * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and product information. * Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. * Track and report sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools. * Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, customer service, or related role. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
