Monmouth Crossing has an employment opportunity available for Diretor of Hospitality. Work independently and efficiently to present Monmouth Crossing to prospective residents and their families; to promote sales in order to achievecensus goals. Act as a liaison between residents, families and staff to promote exceptional customer service. Increase professional referral base.



Responsibilities

    Maintains a professional manner in attitude and dress while representing and presenting the community.
  • Give professional, well-planned presentations to potential residents and families using independent judgment to financially and medically qualify each applicant.
  • Utilizes every contact to build relations with prospective residents.
  • Assumes responsibilities for follow-up and continuity of relationship with all assigned and self-initiated leads on a timely basis to secure appointments and sales.
  • Work to develop contacts and build a referral network.
  • Complete computer entries to the Reps leads program and update inquiry information on a timely basis.
  • Acts diligently and is resourceful and persistent in the development and nurturing of marketing leads, counsel applicants on the applicationprocedure and completion of necessary forms, and the closing of apartment and cottage home sales.
  • Make contacts with qualified prospective residents/families and set appointments. Director of Hospitality will be responsible for taking a minimumof 2 deposits for each calendar month.
  • Works independently to determine appropriate closing strategy/technique to close sales.
  • Utilize public relations skills to market Monmouth Crossing on an ongoing basis to include planning and organizing on site marketing events andcommunity outreach.
  • Promotes and maintains friendly, collaborative, good working relationships and communications with applicants, future residents, co-workers,Board members and corporate representatives.
  • Organize and facilitate monthly family council and family support groups to include arranging guest speakers, topics of interest, and invitations.
  • Provide direct supervision and oversight of reception area to promote a positive image of Monmouth Crossing.
  • Act as a liaison between residents, families and Monmouth Crossing Administrator to communicate information and problem solve.
  • Attend weekly department head meeting to communicate census objectives and apartment availability to other members of the managementteam.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
  • CALA license preferred
  • Dementia Capable Care Specialist Certification required within 60 days of hire

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $99,450 annually

The compensation above reflects the established range from CentraState Healthcare System (CSHS) for this position at the time the job was posted. CSHS considers many factors to determine compensation, including education, experience, skills, licenses, certification, and training. As such, team member compensation may fall outside this range.

Additionally, the compensation range reflects base salary and does not include extra shift rates or incentives tied to quality, productivity, etc., as applicable.

The benefits outlined also reflect CSHS' policy at the time of posting. Benefits as are made available to other similarly situated team members of CSHS, although participation is at all times in accordance with and subject to the eligibility and other provisions of such plans and programs. CSHS may modify its benefits plans or programs at any time.
