Job Description (General Summary)

Intralox is seeking a Business Development Analyst to join our Food Business Unit with a primary focus on the Meat, Poultry, and Seafood Industry across in North America. This role partners closely with regional leadership to shape business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and support new commercial initiatives.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support North America Food Business Unit leadership with strategic analysis and market insights keeping customer value in mind
  • Evaluate, roadmap, and drive strategic business opportunities as part of the leadership team
  • Develop and validate compelling messages
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research
  • Build financial models and business cases
  • Support new commercial initiatives, new product development, and go-to-market efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Services, Marketing, and Engineering
  • Travel regularly within the region (~30-40%)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Experience in strategy, business development, sales, or marketing
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, inquisitive mindset
