Overview and Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated CPAP Order Filler to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for pulling product for patient orders with an allotted proficiency level. This position engages in a variety of warehouse and business transactions that are critical to the operation of the Murray Distribution Center including supporting the accurate and timely supply of products to the Company's patient base. The CPAP Order Filler position engages internal stakeholders to fulfill their duties as described below.

  • Adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures
  • Assist with special projects and other departments in line with business needs
  • Assisting taping boxes at the end of the line
  • Communicates effectively with team members, management, vendors and other departments both verbally and in writing to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner
  • Complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Distinguish between products
  • Ensuring boxes are made for clinicians
  • Ensuring machines are prepped for clinicians
  • Establish relationships with department peers and other departments
  • Fulfill line pick trays/tickets brought back to the roller conveyor by clinicians
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse working environment
  • Operate necessary conveyor equipment
  • Placing completed tickets on the rollers to be QA and then shipped
  • Practices safe work habits, ensuring a safe work environment
  • Works well with a team and all coworkers
  • Wrapping finished pallets of completed orders
  • Volunteers and performs other duties as required or assigned
  • Works well with a team and all coworkers

Qualifications

Employment is contingent on

Required Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required

Preferred Education and/or Experience

  • Experience with medical equipment, preferred
  • Experience in medical field and distribution, preferred
  • Strong computer skills, preferred
  • One year of related work experience, preferred
  • Medical terminology, preferred

Skills and Competencies

  • Accurately perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
  • Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
  • Multi-task along with attention to detail
  • Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills
  • Work independently and as part of a team

  • Email transmission and communication

  • Office equipment; fax machine, copier, printer, phone and computer and/or tablet

Physical Demands

  • Frequent bending, stooping and kneeling
  • Frequent twisting, pulling and reaching
  • Lifting minimum is 50lbs
  • Requires close vision to small print on computer and/or tablet and paperwork
  • Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking and listening
  • Warehouse and office environment; primarily indoors, but some outdoor work may be required
