POSITION OVERVIEW:
Lead and integrate key security functions that protect company personnel, property and critical operations. Oversee Special Security Operations, Special Security Investigations, the Armed Security Officer Program and the Executive Protection function.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Select, educate, develop and lead employees in the Special Security Operations and Protective Programs functions
2. Provide strategic planning, policy development and operational oversight for the Armed Security and Executive Protection Programs
3. Oversee internal investigations, use of force reviews and professional standards compliance
4. Coordinate armed officer assignments, secure transportation, advances and Executive Protection support for executives, board members and high-profile personnel
5. Develop, update and enforce policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), post orders, and use-of-force guidelines that align with legal requirements and corporate risk standards
6. Ensure the armed officers and executive protection teams operate safely, legally and effectively while maintaining readiness for high-risk incidents, travel operations and sensitive organizational activities
7. Ensure compliance with Tennessee and Arkansas Law enforcement certification requirements, including annual Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) and firearms qualification requirements
8. Address the escalating global threat environment; ensure robust protection for corporate leadership and critical facilities
9. Manage operational budgets, policy development and deployment
10. Collaborate with external law enforcement or security agencies, as needed
11. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
12. Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree in business, management, Criminal Justice or related field or equivalent experience plus five (5) years' experience in armed security, law enforcement, military protective services or executive protection.
* Law enforcement or security experience and firearm instruction certification, preferred
* Comprehensive knowledge of security operations, including armed security and executive protection
* Nationwide weapon-carrying authority (18 USC * 926C), required
* Ability to direct investigations
* Crisis Threat Management (CTM) Certification, preferred
* Successful completion of all required and recurrent training programs
* Excellent investigative and communication skills
* Strong leadership, management, planning and organizational skills
* Training development and program implementation skills
