Schedule + Pay 1st Shift: 1:30 PM - 10 PM $18 per hour Requirements 1 year of experience + Steel-toe boots Sanitation Worker Duties Collect and dispose of residential, commercial, and industrial waste. Empty trash and recycling bins into garbage trucks or dumpsters. Operate sanitation vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently. Clean and sanitize designated areas such as streets, alleys, public restrooms, or facilities. Sort recyclable materials and follow proper waste segregation practices. Adhere to local sanitation regulations and company safety policies. Report hazardous or illegal waste, damaged containers, or route issues. Maintain and clean sanitation equipment and tools. Perform routine vehicle checks and minor maintenance as needed. Assist in emergency clean-up efforts when required (e.g., storm debris, spills). Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
