Description 12 month+ C2H The Corporate IT Fulfillment team is responsible for delivery excellence for all endpoint devices and the applications utilized at our Home Office campus as well as the global offices and distribution centers. The LAN Fulfillment Support Technician position responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and tracking all company provided IT devices access and software. Other responsibilities include on-site and remote IT troubleshooting upgrading workstations software installs and creating documentation. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus Ohio. What Will You Be Doing? Work on day-to-day requests for our home office and international associates. Create and maintain knowledge base documents to be used by our IT service desk and support teams Work with global service providers to provide consistent high-quality support for our associates Work with internal IT teams to test and deploy technology projects Create deploy packages to distribute software and upgrades to our Windows endpoints globally Identify new support processes and tactics What Do You Need To Bring? BS/BA degree in IT related field preferred Ability to think and react in a high-energy fast paced environment Effective customer service skills including oral and written communication Highly self motivated and directed with keen attention to detail 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Windows Mac OS and VDI technologies preferred May require heavy lifting of PCs and peripheral equipment Skills asset management, desktop, windows 10, support, troubleshooting, asset inventory, hardware, windows, customer service, technical support, inventory management, assets, help desk support, deployment, inventory, mac Top Skills Details asset management,desktop,windows 10,support,troubleshooting,asset inventory,hardware,windows,customer service,technical support,inventory management,assets,help desk support,deployment,inventory,mac Additional Skills & Qualifications BA/BS in an IT related field preferred Software Packing and Deployment Knowledge Base Documentation Creation Certifications (Nice-to-Have) CompTIA A+ (strongly relevant for hardware/software troubleshooting). CompTIA Network+ (helpful for LAN and connectivity support). Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (for Windows endpoint management).
