This role is designed as a strategic, systems-focused position that sits at the intersection of clinical quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), training and professional development, and applied research.
Responsibilities
Design and oversee a standardized clinical QA/QC framework across all clinics, achieving 95% audit pass rates for treatment plans, supervision, and documentation.
- Establish and maintain audit standards that result in a decrease of repeat findings year over year.
- Lead corrective and preventive action plans, with 85% of corrective actions closed within 30 days.
- Monitor ethical and regulatory compliance, achieving zero substantiated failures related to mandated reporting or ethical misconduct attributable to system gaps.
- Develop and implement standardized onboarding curricula for BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical leaders, resulting in 90% of new hires meeting competency benchmarks within 90 days.
- Implement competency-based training validation, reducing early-tenure (90 days) quality errors year over year.
- Strengthen supervisor coaching and feedback skills, improving supervisor competency scores annually.
- Maintain training satisfaction and applicability scores, as measured by post-training surveys.
- Build and deploy SOPs, dashboards, and QA systems to 100% of clinics, ensuring consistent application regardless of growth.
- Integrate training, audit, and outcomes data into a unified reporting framework, reducing time to identify and remediate quality risks.
- Reduce preventable quality-related leadership escalations year over year through initiative-taking system improvements.
- Establish an ethical treatment outcomes measurement infrastructure with quarterly executive review of outcomes dashboards.
- Design and oversee applied research initiatives, completing at least two internal outcome studies per year.
- Lead or support dissemination efforts, achieving a minimum of two conference abstracts and one peer-reviewed manuscript submission annually.
- Translate outcomes data into internally and externally appropriate reporting approved by Compliance and Executive Leadership.
- Partner consistently with Clinical, Operations, People Operations, Finance, and Compliance, completing at least four completed cross-functional quality initiatives annually.
- Serve as a visible and trusted clinical leader, establishing 75% favorable scores on clinician survey items related to confidence in quality support.
- Support clinician stability by contributing to a 5% improvement in clinician retention year over year linked to quality and training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
