What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be a key player on the front lines of Trimble Corporate IS, directly influencing the productivity of our team and shaping the service experience for our Dayton campus and beyond.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class desktop support and hardware deployment for a diverse community of end-users and developers.

  • Interface and collaborate with a cohesive global IS team to ensure technical needs are met efficiently.

  • Resolve complex technical issues individually or with specialized resources to maintain department credibility.

  • Demonstrate expert troubleshooting for high-end hardware including Dell, Apple, and various mobile platforms.

  • Act as a visionary pragmatist by streamlining troubleshooting efforts through active listening and user feedback.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices in a professional environment.

  • Proven talent for delivering genuine customer service with a focus on patience and clear communication.

  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-urgency setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional hands-on experience.

  • Foundational knowledge in network troubleshooting and equipment operations.

Bonus Points For:

  • Industry certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA A+.

  • Experience utilizing Google Workspace for enterprise-level collaboration.

  • Familiarity with Linux environments or conference room technology.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
