Overview

Find your passion and purpose while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients, caregivers, and the Knoxville community. Join our team as a Branch Manager and help lead a care center dedicated to providing compassionate, highquality homecare services.

Salary: $50,000-$65,000 (based on experience). Eligible for bonuses!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee

Position Type: Full-time, on-site

As a Branch Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for your care center, ensuring excellence in service delivery, employee engagement, client satisfaction, and business development. You'll lead with integrity and compassion-supporting teams, streamlining processes, and driving growth while helping clients receive the care they need to thrive at home. You won't just sit in an office for this role. You'll also get to meet with clients!

Lead a team of 5-8 serving a large veteran population and others!


What You Need to Know

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the care center's daily operations, ensuring service excellence, smooth workflows, and consistent adherence to policies and quality standards.
  • Oversee and mentor care center staff, cultivating a collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven team culture.
  • Drive business development initiatives, building meaningful relationships with referral partners and promoting Personal Care Services throughout the community.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding, scheduling, and service coordination that meets the needs of clients and caregivers.
  • Monitor metrics, reporting, budgets, and performance goals-championing continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Champion AccentCare values and reinforce our commitment to integrity, compassion, and service within every aspect of operations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a branch or department setting.
  • Experience in process and team management, as well as client-facing roles.
  • One or more years in business development or reporting preferred.
  • Homecare or staffing industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
