City of Hope's growing national system includes its Los Angeles campus, a network of clinical care locations across Southern California, a new cancer center in Orange County, California, and cancer treatment centers and outpatient facilities in the Atlanta, Chicago and Phoenix areas. The successful candidate: Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm Location: Zion, IL. This position to be fully onsite. The Finance Director is a strategic leader who partners closely with executives, department heads, and clinical leadership across City of Hope Chicago-including the Comprehensive Cancer and Research Center and regional Outpatient Care Centers. This role is responsible for developing business cases and analyses that guide informed investments, strategic planning, and operational decisionmaking to ensure the organization's financial goals are achieved. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field (required) Minimum Experience 5 years of progressive finance management experience in a hospital or similar environment Preferred Education Master's degree in Finance, Healthcare, Business, or a related field CPA certification Preferred Experience At least 2 years in an executivelevel, senior finance, or senior accounting role Software Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Working knowledge of Tableau City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
