The Quality Manager reviews and approves documentation, resolves quality issues, and supports operations, often managing several critical tasks simultaneously. They oversee audits, training, and multiple compliance activities to ensure the site meets regulatory and corporate expectations. This role is essential for maintaining the QMS and keeping the business running smoothly.

How You'll Make An Impact:


  • Develops and improves QMS processes and activities.
  • Partners with operations to drive continuous improvement through an effective Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) Program.
  • Evaluates change requests to determine QMS impact and ensure implementation plans meet product conformity and regulatory requirements.
  • Active involvement in internal & external audits/ inspections.
  • Drives continuous improvement through annual quality planning, special projects, groups and employee training.


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years' relevant quality systems experience with supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Quality, CAPA, Nonconformance's, Documentation Control, Change Control process and GMP desired.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment. Understanding of 21 CFR 820 and ISO standards as they apply to products is needed.
  • Experience with risk management regulations and application.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $87,700 to $120,600 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
