FOX Sports is looking for a Senior Director, On-Air Promotions to join the team in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Director will manage and oversee the high churn TvT workload. The Senior Director will manage the Writer/Producer in LA and the Creative Director in Charlotte, along with the work produced there.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee TvT workload
    • Script writing
    • Spot production
      • Ensure proper usages of provided toolkits/assets
    • Manage a team of Creative Directors and Writer/Producers
      • Mentor and help the writer/producer grow, with the ultimate goal being a Creative Director position
      • Improve overall quality of TvT work coming out of Charlotte
      • Improve career path and creative growth of Charlotte Creative Team

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Vast management experience
  • Knowledge of production process - script writing, design, audio, budgeting, scheduling
  • Leadership, managerial, and organizational skills
  • Able to work weekends and evenings as needed, and travel to Charlotte as needed

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $179,000.00-209,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
