PRN-4 hrs/week/Rotating Schedule

Sibley Memorial Hospital, Washington, D.C.-Chemistry Lab

Position Summary:

• Accurately performs routine and special clinical laboratory tests in one or more disciplines including quality control and equipment maintenance to ensure accurate results.
• Assists in resolving technical and operational problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• A baccalaureate degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Medical Technology or related science is preferred

Work Experience:

• One year experience in a clinical laboratory is preferred.

Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: MT (ASCP) or equivalent is required

Salary Range: Minimum 45.88/hour - Maximum 45.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
