Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Richmond, VA. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Prepare the domains and the Enterprise for our ServiceNow transition Provide strategic leadership across ServiceNow and domains to influence change over time Expert on process, data, stakeholders in an assigned domain of vulnerability remediation and patching Deliver support (answers to questions related to vulnerability management and patching) via existing Tech Support Channels Serve as 1st line liaison into Operations and Engineering Team in CTI/APSE GBS performing vulnerability remediation and patching Identify process and automation improvement opportunities in given domain Requirements: ServiceNow Vulnerability Management experience Problem resolution (security vulnerabilities) Team Leadership Coaching and Development Goal setting Player/ Coach mentality Collaboration Influence Project Management Result Orientation Stakeholder Management Analytical Thinking Business Acumen Financial Management Innovative Thinking Risk Management Adaptability DevOps Practices Solution Delivery Process Solution Design Technical Strategy Development Ability to communicate and engage and build partnership at a senior leadership level Self-Starter, intellectually curious, and eagerness to learn Able to work in a very fluid fast paced environment Enjoys working in a collaborative, matrixed environment Strong organizational skills Desired skills: Experience with Confluence and vulnerability management Pay range: $43.56 - $51.56 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
