Wieland is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician II. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician II will be responsible for developing, validating, and optimizing CNC programs for lathes, mills, and multitasking machines. This includes ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CNC programs through validation, while also focusing on improving cycle times, product quality, and tooling effectiveness. Additionally, the role contributes to continuous process improvements by refining existing programs to drive operational efficiency. This role is located in Lake Zurich, IL and will be fully on-site. Starting Pay: $32 - $48 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible 8.5 hour shift Pay Schedule: Weekly At Wieland, we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be based upon various factors unique to each individual that may include but are not limited to years of eperience, industry knowledge, technical skills, education, qualifications, etc. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR"), and the ability to access and handle ITAR "Technical Data" as defined by 22 CFR * 120.15 is an essential function.
