Benefits Manager - Newington, NH

Salary: $135,000-$140,000 + 10% bonus | Onsite

We are seeking a hands-on Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, administration, and optimization of employee benefits programs. This role partners with HR, Finance, brokers, and vendors to ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective benefits while delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage the full lifecycle of benefits programs, including open enrollment, vendor coordination, and HRIS administration
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and other regulations
  • Analyze benefits data and costs to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Oversee vendor and carrier relationships, reconciliations, and budget monitoring
  • Lead employee communications, training, and benefits-related initiatives
  • Mentor team members and drive process improvements



Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of benefits management experience (8+ preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in health & welfare, retirement, disability, wellness, and leave programs
  • Strong analytical, compliance, and HRIS skills (Paycom preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to handle confidential information
