Sr. Manager, Regional Compensation

As a Senior Manager, Regional Compensation, you will play a critical role in compensation design, management, and analysis based on overall goals. This will include job analysis, evaluation and classification, survey participation, policy, and benefits benchmark and review, and short-term and long-term incentive plans. You will report to the Head of Global Compensation and work a hybrid work schedule in Pittsburgh, PA where the expectation to be in the office is 3 days per week.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement Total Rewards processes to ensure execution of Total Rewards strategy and policies.
  • Provide continuous improvement in Total Rewards Policies and processes.
  • Partner with Total Rewards CoE to provide Total Rewards guidance to the regional HR community within the region.
  • Ensure governance of Total Rewards practice within the USCA region.
  • Lead Total Rewards Global projects across the business, and evaluate current processes to recommend opportunities for optimization, harmonization, standardization, enhancement or improvement.
  • Build good relationship and partnership with internal customers (HR and business) and external vendors.
  • Support HR in implementing total rewards policy and practice in effective manner.
  • Leading day-to-day administration and communication of compensation programs respective global Business Process with teams.
  • Coach and manage a Total Rewards team across the USCA region.
  • Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary planning, incentive awards, configuration of HRIS (Workday), and communication of compensation outcomes.
  • Review compensation policies to ensure continued alignment with legislation and best practice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of compensation design, administration, and implementation experience including executive compensation experience in a traded company.
  • Deep and comprehensive knowledge of retention/project bonuses, base pay, short-term incentive design and long-term incentive devices/programs required.
  • Workday experience is highly preferred.
  • Understand compensation trends, pay equity, compensation administration and financial modeling with the ability to present and train individuals on compensation topics.
