**About the Opportunity**

Join a dynamic team focused on optimizing software delivery within a key technology division. In this individual contributor role, you will oversee the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline, collaborating closely with various platform and development teams, product owners, and technology leaders. You will be instrumental in planning and executing software releases, ensuring that our systems are not only robust and secure but also delivered with speed and precision. **What You'll Do**

* Manage application release schedules, ad-hoc projects, and key infrastructure initiatives across multiple environments and scrum teams.

* Protect development and production environments by applying appropriate controls to maintain high availability and adhere to security standards.

* Automate project releases and manage deployment processes to significantly improve efficiency and delivery speed for critical business platforms.

* Navigate and understand complex application systems, coordinating dependencies across various development teams and systems.

* Communicate deployment statuses clearly, concisely, and timely to all partners throughout the development lifecycle.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD processes and best practices.

* Partner with developers, release management, product owners, and leadership throughout the agile software delivery lifecycle.

**What You Bring**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of experience working in an enterprise software delivery organization.

* 5+ years managing release pipelines for complex and critical applications.

* Expert knowledge of CI/CD tools in a cloud environment.

* Skilled in branching strategies and code review processes.

* Experience documenting and improving processes around CI/CD best practices.

* Experience with data masking techniques to protect sensitive information in various environments.

* Knowledge of advanced release strategy concepts, including deployments, tagging, versioning, and automations.

* Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting for custom automation solutions.

* Proficiency in using command-line interfaces for managing development environments and metadata.

* Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.

* Strong ownership mentality with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction and excellent collaboration skills.

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including potential evenings, to support release triage as required.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Relevant platform certifications.
