This is an incredible opportunity for a **Digital Marketing professional** to make a significant impact by ensuring the seamless execution of digital strategies and content initiatives. You will be the linchpin for efficient workflows, directly supporting senior leadership and creative teams, and helping to deliver engaging content to a global audience. Your organizational prowess and digital marketing acumen will be essential in driving forward exciting projects and maintaining the high standards of a world-renowned brand.

In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating and optimizing digital marketing efforts, ensuring that creative content reaches its intended audience effectively. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of administrative support, project coordination, and hands-on assistance with digital asset management. You will have the opportunity to:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and daily operational tasks.

* Collaborate with administrative professionals across various leadership teams to ensure cohesive departmental operations.

* Support the team with general office needs, including supplies, access coordination, and meeting logistics.

* Organize workflows and provide critical support for creative, distribution, and operations initiatives, including scheduling cross-functional meetings.

* Collect, organize, and maintain vital departmental and operational documents, such as internal databases, executive reports, data pulls, content calendars, and date trackers.

* Actively participate in team, content, and strategy planning meetings, preparing materials and soliciting agenda items from cross-functional partners.

* Track and organize information for original content, including strategy briefs, overviews, updates, meeting recaps for global stakeholders, screening planning, and managing internal planning databases and trackers.

* Partner closely with creative teams on video timecode pulling, research, ideation, and development.

* Collaborate with creative and project management teams for thorough video quality control, publishing, and delivery.

* Support creative and distribution teams in the creation and management of video thumbnails.

* Assist the distribution team with data entry and content library optimization efforts.

* Facilitate and track creative approvals within internal systems.

* Manage cross-functional communications, shareouts, and alignment to ensure all stakeholders are informed.

* Develop and manage internal and cross-functional presentations.

* Provide essential office management support to the local team.

* Contribute to special departmental projects and corporate initiatives as needed.

* Support international Digital Marketing teams and other business units with content upload needs and asset sharing.

To thrive in this dynamic role, you will bring a combination of administrative expertise, digital marketing savvy, and exceptional organizational skills.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.

* 1+ years of experience in social and digital marketing.

* A strong understanding of content platform operations and backend functionalities.

* Impeccable attention to detail, coupled with the ability to communicate clearly and implement strategies effectively.

* Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs, and common presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote).

* Experience with CRM tools.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly leading content platforms.

* Excellent language and copy-writing skills.

* Basic asset editing skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital-forward environment, demonstrating adaptability and quick pivoting as needed.

* A collaborative team player who can represent the team professionally when interacting with executives, leaders, business units, and external partners.

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
