This esteemed client is seeking a dynamic and strategic writing professional to join their team and transform complex business objectives into compelling, engaging narratives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting the voice of the organization across digital and social channels, directly influencing how their innovative services connect with a diverse global audience and drive meaningful engagement. Your ingenuity and collaborative spirit will be vital in creating content that is not only impactful but also deeply purposeful, contributing significantly to the client's strategic communications and market presence.

This is a hybrid role and talent must sit in one of following markets:

Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis or Philadelphia

**About the Role:**

As a key contributor to the client's communications team, you will blend creative vision with strategic insight to produce advertising and short-form copy that resonates. You will be responsible for translating intricate B2B concepts into clear, concise, and captivating messages, ensuring every piece of content strengthens connections with target audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your storytelling prowess and collaborate with creative and marketing professionals to deliver high-impact campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Craft compelling advertising and short-form copy for various digital and social media platforms.

* Translate complex B2B objectives into clear, engaging narratives and concepts.

* Develop a wide range of content, including creative concepts, messaging, social media posts, paid ads, marketing materials, blog posts, video scripts, and website content.

* Understand business objectives and unify disparate ideas into cohesive creative concepts.

* Apply search engine optimization (SEO) principles to enhance content visibility and reader engagement.

* Manage multiple writing projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, utilizing approved GenAI tools to boost efficiency and accelerate turnaround times.

* Collaborate effectively with design colleagues and internal marketing and communications teams on creative concepts, messaging, and overarching themes.

* Virtually mentor proofreaders and copy editors, providing constructive feedback and critiquing projects.

* Conduct basic research, brainstorm ideas with clients and peers, and interview subject-matter resources to gather necessary information.

* Assess requirements, identify issues, make decisions, provide estimates, and recommend solutions for writing projects.

* Manage work assignments, track time, and document project notes using designated project management tools.

* Stay informed on industry trends and evaluate new service offerings to inform content strategy.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent practical work experience.

* Five-plus years of diverse writing and editing experience within corporate or professional publications.

* Demonstrated experience in the advertising or marketing industry.

* Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to quickly learn new project management software.

* Strong project management skills, including clear communication, information gathering, and problem-solving.

* Advanced problem-solving skills to identify, resolve, and overcome challenges.

* Familiarity with content strategy best practices.

* A keen understanding of urgency in responding to project needs.
