We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Document Services Coordinator to support daily document and mail operations. This role is responsible for high-volume scanning, printing, mail processing, and document handling tasks that support multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a mailroom or document services environment and be comfortable operating large production scanners and printers. Key Responsibilities: Operate high-volume scanners, copiers, and production printers Process, scan, index, and organize physical and digital documents Perform quality checks to ensure document accuracy and legibility Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Sort, distribute, and track mail and internal document deliveries Prepare large print and copy jobs according to specifications Maintain document workflows and meet turnaround deadlines Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate service when needed Maintain organized records and follow document retention procedures Support special document and distribution projects as assigned Required Qualifications: Experience working in a mailroom, document services, or print/scan center environment OR hands-on experience operating large scanners and production printers Familiarity with high-volume scanning and document imaging processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and quality Basic computer skills and comfort learning document management systems Ability to lift and move boxes/packages Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
