The Opportunity

As Director of Marketing, you will shape a unified, highimpact marketing strategy for:



  • Surgical Asset Management Consulting Services
    Lean process improvement, workflow optimization, and highvalue consulting programs that help hospitals unlock efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Digital & Technology Solutions
    Including advanced analytics, automation technologies, and nextgeneration digital tools that elevate the surgical ecosystem.


You'll drive strategic positioning, storytelling, demand generation, product/solution adoption, gotomarket execution, and brand leadership - with a wide sphere of influence across the organization.

You will lead a talented team and collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, clinical partners, KOLs, and senior leadership to bring Aesculap's value to life.

What You'll Lead

Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Direction



  • Build and execute annual marketing plans and longterm strategy across consulting and digital offerings.
  • Shape the portfolio narrative and differentiation in a complex, evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Champion crossfunctional alignment with Sales, R&D, Field Teams, and Executive Leadership.


Digital Innovation & Technology Marketing



  • Drive gotomarket strategies for digital platforms, workflow tools, analytics, and automation technologies.
  • Position Aesculap as a market leader in surgical digital transformation.


Consulting Services Marketing



  • Develop compelling messaging for Lean workflow consulting, Surgical Asset Management programs, and operational transformation services.
  • Elevate the visibility, credibility, and customer adoption of consulting offerings.


Market Engagement & Field Partnership



  • Maintain active field engagement with customers, sales personnel, and KOLs to deeply understand market needs and competitive dynamics.
  • Represent Aesculap as a thought leader in surgical process optimization and healthcare innovation.



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 10-15 years related experience, plus a minimum of 5 years management experience required.
  • Proven experience marketing consulting services.
  • Demonstrated success leading highenergy marketing teams and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to integrate information across complex environments and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel (approx. up to 20%).

Salary Range: $200,000 - $235,000


The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
