SAP Finance and Controlling

Job Title: SAP Finance and Controlling.
Location: Dallas, TX.

Role Summary:

• Core Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Financial Closing Cockpit (FCC).
  • Solid understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
  • Expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting).
  • Experience with job scheduling, background jobs, and task dependencies.

• Technical & Functional Knowledge:
  • SAP S/4HANA architecture and Universal Journal.
  • Integration with SAP Group Reporting (preferred).
  • Understanding financial controls, audits, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business close requirements into system configuration.

• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, detail-oriented approach to financial processes.
  • Ability to work with senior finance leadership and auditors.
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on automation and efficiency.

• Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with Advanced Financial Closing (AFC).
  • Exposure to Signavio / process mining for close optimization.
  • Prior experience in large enterprises or regulated industries.
• Experience:
  • 10-15 years of SAP Finance experience.
  • At least 1-2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations with FCC.
  • Experience in global close operations or shared services environments is a plus.
