Why You'll Want This Role * Steady local work throughout Charleston, Berkeley & Dorchester counties * Large, highprofile projects (airport, school districts, county buildings) * 4-day workweek (7:00-5:30); Fridays only when needed * Strong team culture-former contractors say it was fun and didn't feel like work * Contracttohire with clear advancement paths * Field Supervisor Junior Project Manager Project Manager What You'll Be Doing * Installing & servicing access control systems * Running structured cabling (Cat5/Cat6, fiber, low voltage) * Installing door hardware (electrified locks, readers, strikes, crash bars) * Supporting VMS / camera installations (IP & analog) * Working in schools, government facilities, and airport environments * Maintaining clean, professional, and safe jobsites * Airport project expected to run 3-6 months. Techs meet at a central location and ride together in a company van. What We're Looking For Must Haves * Reliable transportation * Strong work ethic and professionalism * (on time, presentable, teamoriented, cleans up after yourself) * Handson experience or strong mechanical/technical aptitude * Commercial jobsite experience Great Fit If You Have * 3-5 years of access control or lowvoltage experience * OR 2+ years of commercial cable installation experience (training provided) * Experience with access control platforms such as: * Lenel, S2, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon * Experience installing commercial door hardware * Electrical or installer experience Tools & Support * You provide basic hand tools * Company supplies specialized tools, PPE, and vans * Team rides are provided when traveling to larger project sites Interested?
