Overview
The Consumer Growth Engine(CGE) & Integrated Marketing organizationis a digitallycentricteam focused on delighting customers with relevant,timely, personalized communications to help them grow excitement in getting more value out of Microsoft products and services. TheSenior Data Engineer - Digital Marketing & Analytics is responsible for implementing and operating Consumer Data Platform (CDP) data pipelines and data layers that support analytics, activation, and AI enabled digital marketing across CGE & IM. We are hiring for two roles, one role will focus on analytics and reporting data engineering including semantic data layers in Fabric, the second role will focus on a platform activation layer to integrate our data with various marketing tools, AI agent, machine learning. This role partners closely with a Technical Architect and Data Strategist to translate defined business requirements and architecture into clear implementation specifications and reliable data solutions. This role emphasizes delivery, execution, and operational ownership. While proficient technical capability is required, a key part of this role is to understand documented business needs, research and integrate data sources, define implementationlevel logic, and ensure data is usable, governed, productionready and aligned with the CDP strategy and architecture design. Data Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
