Shift: Thursday - Saturday | 6 AM - 3:30 PM

Looking for a real-deal warehouse gig in Lithia Springs, GA. We need Shipping Clerk workers who don't cut corners, keep things moving, and like seeing a paycheck land every week.

Bring Your Best

• 6+months of prior experience.
• Capable of lifting 40 lbs. throughout your shift
• Accuracy with paperwork and counts.
• Dependable attendance.
• Computer literacy - any WMS systems, IE: AS400, Oracle, Synapse, SAP, Red Prairie (Including but not limited to all Microsoft Office programs)

A Day on the Dock

• Check in/out drivers (Inbound & Outbound) -verifying loads, print out BOL, and verifying check out.
  
  
  
  • Verify with CSR the correct carrier, missing BOL, etc.
  • Send emails to our account personnel with any variance/issue within IB/OB.
  
  
  
  
• Release work - depending on the team, release work on a 10 min - 1 hr intervals, this includes systematically staging prior to releasing.
• Prioritize work queue (Outbound) - prioritize workload by gate time, replenishments, and expedite last picks.
• Answer customer/operation emails - 1st contact to answer update requests for loading/unloading/operation requested within the company account. Send any emails to communicate warehouse needs/clarification/correct any issues within operations.
• Update scheduling/follow up past appointments - Throughout the shift, carriers will reach out for scheduling inquiries, status updates, and the tasker is expected to answer, as well as follow up with any past appointments for rescheduling.
• Prioritize Inbound loads - Pull in trailers from the yard to receive, this will be prioritized base off workload/need of equipment/product/ or longevity of trailer on site.
• Update system of load information/ file -Verify all paperwork (IB&OB) filled and filed correctly organized by Inbound/Outbound, date of completion.
