Job Description:

The WearKraft Regional Parts Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market penetration for crushing and screening wear and spare parts across all major equipment brands. This position will focus on the Western U.S. and Canadian territory. Serving as the primary commercial and technical liaison, this role supports the Company's dealer network and end users within the aggregates and mining industries, ensuring strong relationships, technical expertise, and strategic sales execution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in aggregates and mining applications, with a strong understanding of crushing and screening processes. Success in this role requires a handson approach to territory management, proactive dealer development, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. A solid technical foundation is essential for supporting customers, optimizing product performance, and enhancing the Company's presence within the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales of rock crusher wear and spare parts throughout the Western United States and Canada.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Establish, assign, and onboard new dealers while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing dealer partners.
  • Provide technical and applications-based support to dealers and end users, including product recommendations and wear optimization.
  • Conduct regular customer and dealer visits, including on-site evaluations, training and troubleshooting support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in company CRM systems, including customer activity, forecasts, opportunities, and dealer performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitive activity, and customer trends within the territory.

Basic Qualifications:

  • GED or Diploma
  • Minimum of 2years of sales experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or machinery sales-based organization
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong time management skills
  • Must be able to organize work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A college degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and two years of demonstrated professional experience may be substituted
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be high energy and motivated to do what is required to meet business deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functional areas and levels of management
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • The individual must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the sales, marketing and office information.

  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of Company products, goods and materials sold to dealer networks.

  • Must show courtesy to co-workers, customers, relatives of employees, and others with whom contact occurs.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in the aggregates and mining industries, preferably with direct exposure to crushing and screening equipment.
  • Demonstrated applications knowledge of crushing and screening wear and spare parts and their performance in varying operating conditions.
  • Proven proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Aftermarket sales or sales support experience in aggregate processing equipment industry
  • Demonstrate the ability to define, implement and maintain action plans
  • Demonstrate high level of analytical ability with proficient knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build solid working relationships within the company and throughout a global dealer network.
  • Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to develop relationships across levels, geographies and segments

Travel:

  • Willingness and ability to travel - up to 50%.
  • Valid passport for travel overseas
  • Valid driver's license
