Previous experience with residential touch-up or light painting preferred Strong eye for detail and color matching Knowledge of basic painting tools and materials Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and professional Why This Job? Key Responsibilities: Perform touch-up painting on walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and baseboards Repair minor scuffs, scratches, nail holes, chips, and small surface imperfections Match and blend existing paint colors for seamless repairs Light surface preparation, including sanding, patching, and spot priming Protect surrounding areas with minimal coverings as needed Maintain clean, professional work areas during and after repairs Communicate effectively with supervisors or homeowners regarding completed work Follow safety procedures and proper use of ladders and hand tools Friendly.
