Department OverviewSecure Collateral Management is a Skip Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound division of the DRN-MV-SCM tribrands, a Motorola Solutions Company. We are a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. Our technology is nothing without the people behind it. We are seeking an experienced Post Recovery manager to continue to scale our processes for growth. Job Description

The Post Repossession Manager will be responsible for the oversight, strategy, and execution of all post repossession functions for Secure Collateral Management.

This management-level role requires a hands-on leader who can manage internal teams, optimize operational processes, and scale functions using both domestic and nearshore resources.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, highly organized, and experienced in asset recovery operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Results-driven, highly organized, and experienced in asset recovery operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

  • Evaluates, analyzes, and develops business processes and methodologies to implement and enhance cost-effective standard operating procedures.

  • Audits existing procedures for effectiveness and compliance.

  • Investigates and develops solutions to operational business needs.

  • Ensures business operations support the strategic plan

  • Demonstrated success managing multi-functional teams, including nearshore resources

  • Deep understanding of post repossession workflows, compliance, and client expectations

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient with operational reporting tools and CRM/workflow systems

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Target Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
  • H.S. Diploma Require
  • Must be able to work full-time and travel internationally/globally if needed.
  • Travel to Dallas office 30 - 50%
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in asset recovery, auto finance, or related field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
