Position Title: Production Associate
Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Production Associate at a company in Oak Creek, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply now! Production Associate Responsibilities: - Assemble, inspect and package electrical panels and circuit boards - Set up and test units using standard equipment - Hand solder, clean, and inspect circuit boards, repairing minor defects - Identify electronic components and correct part placement - Use basic test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, etc.) as needed - Complete production paperwork - Maintain clean work area Requirements for Production Associate: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Experience working with or testing PCBs preferred - Able to read and follow written instructions in English - Able to lift up to 40lbs - Basic computer skills - IPC certification a plus - Good communication and teamwork skills - Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity - Self-motivated and dependable QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
