Role Overview:
The shader compiler team seeks an Automation Engineer to build and maintain automated performance testing for compiler development.
You will help detect performance regressions early and support data-driven compiler optimization through fast, reliable, and reproducible tests.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automation pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools
Write and maintain automation scripts on Windows
Automate compiler performance testing across workloads (PIX, GFXR, game benchmarks, internal traces)
Integrate ML, GPU, and graphics workloads into regression testing
Collect, analyze, and report performance results across hardware and compiler versions
Collaborate with compiler, performance, and infrastructure teams

Required Skills:
3+ years in Computer Science or related field
Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Python scripting
Strong experience in Windows environments
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and performance testing

Preferred Skills:
Compiler performance analysis, GPU programming, or ML workloads
Familiarity with video game or graphics pipelines
Experience with performance profiling/benchmarking tools
C/C++ experience
