What Makes This Role Great:

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you will act as a primary architect of change, transitioning a traditional QA department into an AI-enhanced powerhouse. You will have the unique responsibility of evaluating and implementing next-generation AI tools and frameworks while leading due diligence for technical integrations during business acquisitions, giving you a direct hand in shaping Trimble's global technology footprint.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic integration of AI technologies across the QA lifecycle to enhance testing outcomes, efficiency, and software reliability.

  • Architect and drive the adoption of AI-driven test automation and intelligent test data management strategies to optimize the delivery of the Construction Management product suite.

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing global team of QA Managers and Engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence across onshore and offshore resources.

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development leadership to execute complex project plans, ensuring high-quality releases meet rigorous design specifications and performance standards.

  • Generate innovative feedback on product usability and design, leveraging AI to solve complex delivery problems and improve customer business performance.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated success leading the integration of AI technologies and AI-enhanced frameworks within a Quality Assurance or software development environment.

  • Minimum of 15 years in software development or technology, including at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing cross-functional Agile teams.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, large-scale software releases from concept through post-launch support.

  • Strong technical leadership in software architecture, performance testing, and managing complex budgets and resource allocations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior-level management and motivate diverse global teams.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in the Construction, Engineering, or Architecture software industries.

  • Advanced certifications in AI/Machine Learning or Quality Management Systems.

  • Proven experience managing the integration of people and processes during corporate acquisitions.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
