What you'll own as the Director, Solution Consulting

  • Manage pre-sales technical staff and support activities for the development and implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions.
  • Develop detailed customer installation and/or system integration plans.
  • Provide and oversee pre-sales technical support during sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • May publish technical articles regarding specific applications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product managers to define new products.
  • Serve as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
  • Provide product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts with sales representatives.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience managing technical pre-sales or solution consulting teams.
  • Strong understanding of complex product/application/solution development and implementation.
  • Ability to develop customer installation and system integration plans.
  • Experience providing technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in personnel selection, development, and evaluation.

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $177,100.00-$267,400.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale.
