Position OverviewThe Program Analyst, Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides senior-level program management and analytical support to the Program Director and Senior Program Manager across a portfolio of program workflows. This role drives visibility, performance insight, and operational alignment by synthesizing data across deliverables, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making. The SME plays a key role in supporting the Digital Command Center (DCC) - a centralized, near real-time dashboard that provides insight into program health, financial execution, and operational performance through project completion. This position bridges program operations, policy, financial management, and technical data environments to ensure programs run efficiently, meet requirements, and stay aligned with strategic objectives. Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
