    The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $70,125 and $100,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

    Tasks and Qualifications:

    What You Will Do in This Role

    • Offer strategic administrative and operational support for two Vice Presidents and the teams they lead, enabling them to focus on key priorities.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVPs and leadership team in the execution of initiatives and communication strategy.

    • Lead or support projects from inception to delivery. Supervise progress on goals, handle timelines, coordinate with interested parties, and ensure results are met.

    • Manage sophisticated calendars, meetings, and travel, proactively resolving conflicts and logistics.

    • Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, presentations, agendas, notes, and follow-ups.

    • Serve as a key point of contact between leaders, internal partners, and external collaborators.

    • Support leadership meetings, All Hands, offsites, and team events, including planning, coordination, and communication.

    • Assist with departmental operations such as reporting cycles, surveys, onboarding touchpoints, and employee recognition.

    • Maintain internal systems, distribution lists, and organizational information.

    • Track recurring deliverables and support initiatives that improve engagement, alignment, and efficiency.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience combined with education

    • 5 years demonstrated ability in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably supporting senior leaders.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize independently.

    • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

    • High level of discretion, judgment, and attention to detail.

    • Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel, and expenses.

    • Comfort working with tools such as Outlook, Teams, SAP, Concur, Workday, or similar systems.

    • A proactive approach and ability to anticipate needs.

    • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and balance priorities
