Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Utilizing your strong knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Elements, you'll assist in defining, reviewing and analyzing system requirements for enhancements/modifications for supportability by providing input to project/program plans and deliverables. Additionally, the Advanced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialist will lead the review, development and modification of procedures and products for one or more ILS functions, while mentoring team members. What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Fully proficient knowledge of Acquisition Logistics (a multi-functional technical management discipline associated with influencing design for supportability and planning the support infrastructure for a system by focusing on the integrated logistics support (ILS) elements and working with and across all IPTs)
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements (supply support; maintenance planning; manpower and personnel; technical manuals; training and training equipment; support equipment; facilities; computer resources support; packaging, handling, storage and transportation (PHS&T); design interface; reliability, maintainability and availability (RM&A), how they interact and how they are applied across a program, their effect on a system, plus how a systems' design and changes affect the ILS elements)
- Knowledge of military/commercial requirements/specifications

The product deliverables lead (PDL) is responsible for:
1. Program-specific projects and documentation deliverables
2. Developing documentation requirements SSP OD 71654
3. Coordinating and interfacing with local Navy Program Management Office (PMO) and the
customer for customer presentation reviews and new or changed documentation scope
4. Coordinating and interfacing with other organizations and stakeholders
5. Working with GDMS program managers to develop and track budgets
6. Developing and monitoring program schedules and deliveries
7. Planning, scheduling, and tracking to completion documentation deliverables
8. In interfaces with PMO and SP, acts as the responsible individual for technical content in new or
changed documentation
9. For TIDBs and related documentation, writing and submitting Technical Information Change
Requests or Notices (TICRs or TICNs) for customer approval and releasing electronic media for
upload to Strategic Weapon System library (SWSLIB)/SSP data management system (SSPDMS) or
delivery to users
10. Other responsibilities as assigned by Technical Manager
Position requires:
- Strong project management skills including schedules, budgets
Experience preferred managing technical or program documentation
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Strong MS Excel skills
Target salary range: USD $100,504.00/Yr. - USD $108,749.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
