The Associate Vice President, Sales - East is responsible for leading regional sales strategy and driving revenue growth across the Eastern United States in alignment with Econolite's strategic vision. This role owns overall regional performance, including account growth, market expansion, and channel development, while ensuring the highest levels of customer service and long-term partnership. The AVP will analyze market segments, economic conditions, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and expand Econolite's presence within the region. This role provides executive-level visibility into regional performance, delivering timely and consistent reporting on results, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the Senior Vice President of Sales. The successful candidate will be a proven sales leader with a strong track record selling complex, technical solutions-primarily within the government and public-sector marketplace. They will be a collaborative, customer-focused leader who works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions that create measurable value for the customers and communities we serve.
