Job Description Our Client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help lead their North American PC Renewal program. This program delivers deployment services to their employees and facilities across the US, Canada, and Mexico and on any given year deploy roughly 25,000 - 35,000 machines accounting for refreshed devices as well as net new growth. This person will be tasked with joining the existing operation supporting our client including being the manager of Warehouse, Concierge, Workload Managers, and Technicians out of a building on our clients campus. They are seeking someone that has a strong analytical background to keep track of various KPI's/Metrics related to: Inventory management, customer service scores, continuous process improvement, program health, and ensuring things are on schedule for deployment numbers. The Operations manager will be the main POC over the program and regularly interface with its customers across IT regarding status of deployments as well as assisting with the staff regarding issues that require escalation. They do not need to be technical in nature themselves, but need to have great problem solving skills as well as the ability to take the time to fully understand business operations. Skills Preferred Stakeholder Management, Metrics, People Management, Communication, Project Management, Operational Oversight, Problem Solving, Deployment Technology, Project Coordination, Reporting, Reports Additional Skills & Qualifications Duties Include: - Overseeing warehouse management for incoming shipments as well as returned devices. Our Client utilizes their Life Cycle Hub program so most devices are delivered to the facility ready to deploy or directly to the users home. They also have leads that manage the day to day operations within the warehouse. - Understanding KPI's as well as how to track and manage them for reporting. Much of Our client's performance in the program management is related to these metrics so very important for the business. - Provide oversight on escalating issues from the team leads within warehouse, technical, and functional teams - Oversee and handle time keeping approval for the 20+ person team within the PCR program - Partner with TEKsystems Account team to handle staffing adds as needed for the program. - Excellent interpersonal skills as they will be regularly interfacing with our clients leadership, LL6 managers, as well as regular stakeholders on site at our clients. - Interpersonal relationship building - getting to know and creating buy in with current PCR personnel Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allen Park, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
